About
BitcoinAlgoTrade is a platform where you can buy access to trading algorithms. You may provide your broker’s API key and API secret to allow our bot to trade on your behalf.

Access and Use
- Your use of the Site and services is for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not resell or transfer your account or allow others to use our trading bot.

Ownership and License
- Purchasing access does not grant ownership of our code or bot logic.
- You may not redistribute, republish, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.

Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Disclaimer of Profits and Financial Liability
- We heavily backtest our bots, but we do not guarantee profits.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from trades made by our bots.
- We do not offer any financial advice.

User Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing correct API credentials with appropriate permissions.
- We are not liable if you provide API keys with broader access than required.

Privacy

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
